Since 2005, I have been an Army spouse and a veteran myself. I served for 8 years in the United States Army National Guard and Army Reserve. Following my service, I chose to focus on caring for my children and supporting my husband at home. Now that my children are older and more independent, I have decided to pursue higher education and re-enter the workforce.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to join the AASL team. From the moment I joined, they welcomed me warmly, making the transition from being a stay-at-home mom to a working professional smooth. I started my journey with AASL as a client for my son’s treatment and currently, I am a financial clerk and client services representative. While I have enjoyed every role I’ve undertaken, my true passion lies in serving our clients at AASL. As a mother of a special needs child myself, I believe I am in the perfect position to share my experiences and support other parents navigating similar journeys.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching funny videos, exercising, and going to the beach! I am dedicated to serving the AASL community and am always available to assist in any way I can!
